Building management
Building Manager’s Duties:
Day to day management of the Park.
Management of Technical and Administrative staff.
Planning, implementation and overseeing of PPM activities.
Preparation and submission of various reports
Maintaining all relevant records pertaining to the Park
Co ordination of handing over and taking over of the premises/Park
Achieving desired performance standards of the operation
Conducting review meeting with all service providers
Developing systems and procedures for various services/activities
Liaising with occupants as ensuring their satisfaction.
Co ordination with occupants fit out/interior works
Ensuring the safety practices and procedures in the premises.
Maintaining good public relation with occupants and owner.
Submitting value addition proposals to the owner.
 
Admin /Accounts Executive:
Co ordination with occupants on all administrative activities
Preparation of monthly invoice to all occupants for Rent, O&M, EB & A/C, Car/Two wheeler parking, and other utility charges and collection of the same by due date.
Maintaining account registers, bank accounts, reconciliations etc.
Petty Cash handling.
Coordinating with occupants on accounting clarifications.
Coordinating with bank and its related activities
