House Keeping
We give housekeeping services a great importance since a clean workplace enhances the clients esteem and improve the work culture of the clients’ employees. Personal attention is also given to our employees keeping in mind their health, hygiene and safe working conditions.

Level of cleanliness in an area
Appearance / Attitude of our cleaning staff
Response time to your requests
Allocation of work and implementation
Waste Management
 

Property manager’s duties:

Day to day management of the Park.
Management of technical and Housekeeping staff.
Preparation and submission of various reports
Maintaining all relevant records pertaining to the Park
Developing systems and procedures for various services/activities
Liaising / Co-ordination with client as ensuring their satisfaction.
Ensuring the safety practices and procedures
 
Housekeeping supervisor’s duties:
Day to day management of the Park.
To ensure Housekeeping activities being carried out as scheduled.
To generate reports
To carry out the job allocated by the Property Manager
Co-ordination with the client and ensuring their satisfaction
To ensure cleanliness and Hygiene of service areas
Manage and lead the team of Housekeeping
To check for grooming of Housekeeping staff
 
Housekeeping servicemen’s duties:
To carry out the Housekeeping activity allocated by the Property Manager /   Housekeeping Supervisor
To ensure proper cleaning of service area as scheduled
To carry out the instruction given by the client
To work to the satisfaction of the client.
To maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service area
